Cultural Anthropology is the basis of many Anthropology studies. It focuses on the cultural variations of humans, collecting information to help identify, interpret and understand how humanity is influenced or reacts to the environment in which they live or are exposed to.
Most Cultural Anthropologists live and act according to the culture/environment they are trying to study. They adapt to the customs, traditions, politics and social norms to thoroughly understand their studies. This is called ethnography. Ethnography provides scientific description of individual human societies.
